Haarlem Salsa Festival - Holland Salsa Congress

The Holland Salsa Congress includes 3 nights of dancing and spectacular shows. Dancers from all over the World's share their passion of Latin Dance with you. Come and enjoy the workshops, the shows with their exciting choreographies.

We have invited some of the most inspiring Latin Dancers from all over the world, including: Moe Flex, Shelley Cook, Nuno & Vanda, Brian & Mechteld, Mambomike, Paul "Gallito" Baarn

By popular demand, Victor & Burju (Hache y Machete) will also be returning to the Holland Salsa Congress after wowing us in 2008.  Burju & Victor are giant stars in the world of Salsa and Mambo dancing.  They travel almost every weekend, around the world, teaching and performing in different countries.  They are proudly brought to Haarlem (Holland) the 3rd time by Salsamotion Haarlem

The Workshops
There will be over 33 workshops over 2 days (Sat/Sun) taught by some of the best Latin Dance Instructors in the world. You can learn Salsa,  Latin Jazz, Mambo, Afro Cuban, Cha Cha, and many more.  Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, you will find a workshop to suit your level of expertise.

The workshops will be at the Philharmonie, a beautiful theater in the city centre of Haarlem, next to the medieval cathedral St. Bavo.  All workshops are english spoken.
Right next to the workshop location is located the 4-star+ Hotel Frans Hals and the restaurant Koetjes &Kalfjes, main sponsors of the Haarlem Salsa Festival (Holland Salsa Congress).


The Parties
Each night of the Congress there will be a party with International Latin DJs and  dancers.  The parties represent a great opportunity to dance and make friends with people from all over the world. Some of the best dancers in the world will be ready and willing to give you a spin on the dance floor, not to mention our local talent
